Promote Local Reuse in your Municipality
With the Reuse Noticeboard integrated into Junker, municipalities and urban waste management companies can offer citizens a concrete tool to promote the local circular economy.
A service for citizens made with citizens
- Access is restricted to users located in the participating Municipality;
- Moderation is mandatory, and will be handled by Junker or the Municipality;
- Financial transactions are not permitted:
- The delivery of items is handled privately between the parties involved;
- In the event of disputes, the Civil Code applies, as the bulletin board is a neutral instrument, not involved in the exchange;
- The service is available to Municipalities, Managers, Associations, Universities, or Local Communities.

A virtual showcase always available to users
Promoted by municipalities and urban waste management agencies and accessible through the Junker app, users can post free ads for products that are still in good condition but unused, offering them to their fellow citizens.
In some areas, the Junker noticeboard has also been opened to reuse centers, helping to increase the number of reused second-hand goods, with clear environmental and social benefits.
From Salerno to Pescara, from Narni to Monza, 73 local governments have already decided to actively promote this free service within the Junker app.
Three modes available, to meet different needs
The noticeboard is a secure and controlled digital space, accessible only to users located in the municipality that activated the service or within a group of municipalities served by the same provider.
Promoting reuse is a both a great gesture for the environment, and a great choice for the community.
The Municipality or manager can choose between three configurations:
- Peer-to-peer
All citizens can post ads for items to donate to their fellow citizens. - Reuse Center
Citizens only see items made available by the municipal Reuse Center. - Mixed
Ads are posted by both citizens and the Reuse Center.
