What does the Junker Base package include?
With the activation of the Junker platform, the Client has access to a suite of integrated features, without the need for constant monitoring:
- Automatic and manual user geolocation for accurate information;
- Indicates correct disposal with a photo, text, or barcode scan;
- Search by category or collection symbol;
- Customizable quizzes for environmental education and gamification;
- Digital door-to-door calendars with notifications;
- Customized information pages, in the app and on the web portal;
- Location of recycling centers and other collection points;
- Circular economy points: sharing, bulk, recycling, refilling, reuse, etc.
- Multilingual display, up to 12 languages;
- Accessibility for the visually impaired and blind;
- Co-branding with the Municipality and/or Manager logo
- Administrator dashboard.
The package also includes a web portal synchronized with the app and updated automatically.
Simple to activate, easy to use
The Junker app is available free of charge to residents on all app stores. The annual fee, paid by the Municipality or the client Operator, is proportional to the number of residents and includes:
- initial setup and customization;
- ongoing updates;
- dedicated support;
- access to the administrator dashboard;
- ready-made communication materials (posters, posts, banners, etc.).
Easely add the services you need
Every municipality has its own priorities. That’s why Junker offers additional services, available upon request:
- Reports of environmental degradation;
- Reuse Noticeboard, to promote reuse;
- Customized printable calendars;
- Street sweeping, with bans and notifications;
- Digital reports of service disruptions;
- On-call waste collection (bulky waste, grass clippings, oil, etc.);
- ARERA-compliant satisfaction and engagement surveys;
- Digital composter register, with registration and self-certification;
- Junker Action, for targeted kit delivery campaigns, inspections, or censuses.
